Rainbow Child Development Center admits all children on a non-discriminatory basis without regard to race, color, religion or national origin. Children are accepted on the basis of available space in the specific age-group program. To register a child, a registration form must be completed, and an interview conducted with the center director, and a non-refundable registration fee of $60 must be paid. If space is not available, the child's name may be put on our reservations list and the registration fee would be refundable at any time until the child is officially enrolled. Before admission, documentation of all immunizations must be obtained. A physician must complete a physical examination form within 30 days of enrollment. |
